The 50 States Project is a year long project involving a photographer resident from each of the 50 States in America. I represent Arkansas. Each photographer lives in one of the 50 States. Every two months an assignment is sent by email and they then have two months to produce one image in response. The images must represent both their style and their State.

By the end of the project there will be 300 images which hopefully represent the talent of the photographers involved and have something to say about the USA today. The following are the images I used in response to 6 concepts. The first four (in order) the american dream, habitat, industry, and entertainment ...

The images for habitat and industry were used in the December 19th issue of D la Repubblica delle Donne.
